social issue "hoodlum" ?

My artwork displays myself standing in front of a graffiti piece in a modern neighborhood nothing fancy dressed in casual everyday clothes just went around the corner from my house easy simple picture.

The issue im trying to show is my appearance it seems as though people view my wardrobe and assume it reflects the person i am someone up to no good when i say people i mean the law every now and then i get stopped and questioned i guess in the wrong place at the wrong time? here u have the environment rough looking beat up and me dressed in a white tee skinnys and J's yet my body language is calm hands in my pockets its not the clothes tht make the man its the man who makes the clothes my appearance doesn't define me it takes open eyes to view further and then judge.

Zak, I like your picture and your border, and your idea for your issue. However, your statement should be the first thing we see. It should be not only clearly seen but bold and in our face. So you need to take off the question mark, because this is a statement not a question. Enlarge the text... BIG... and maybe put boxes of white behind your big red words so we can see them easy. YOU MUST BE A FELON. Then we will look behind the words to see your image, and understand your issue.
